Forterra has been named AUSA’s 2026 Top National Partner feature award winner. It’s a meaningful close to a week of demonstrating fielded autonomy and showing how vehicles, mission systems, and partner technologies can work together to give warfighters more options. We appreciate @AUSAorg for this recognition and for bringing the industry together around the operational challenges that matter. We stand alongside AUSA in support of the warfighter, and our focus remains on delivering autonomy that extends their reach, reduces exposure, and strengthens deterrence.

Reliable autonomy starts with high-quality data. Great to have @ulrikstighansen and @encord_team helping us move AutoDrive forward.
I'm proud to be partnering with @ForterraDefense! Forterra builds autonomous ground systems. Its autonomous driving system, AutoDrive, now runs on data produced in @encord_team. Excited to be working together 🤝

Forterra’s autonomous vehicles are supporting operations in Ukraine, and lessons from those deployments are shaping the technology coming to @USArmy training. @NewsNation's exclusive report examines that connection and what it means for the warfighter. The measure of success is whether a warfighter under pressure can plan a mission with the tools in front of them, without waiting on higher headquarters. That is where the technology has to deliver: in the decisions made closest to the fight. Read the full story: newsnationnow.com/us-news/mi…

Forterra debuts OASIS-OneLink at AUSA with an open approach to mission integration: connect capabilities across vendors, keep existing command tools, and bring autonomous systems into one operator workspace. Built on OASIS-Fabric, OneLink lets operators add or swap capabilities without starting integration from scratch. With offline support, they also retain access to mission information even when networks are degraded or denied. See OneLink at booth #461. forterra.com/posts/forterra-…

Forterra has been selected as the Systems Integration Partner for the @USArmy's Joint Readiness Training Center, helping warfighters prepare for the threats reshaping combat. We’re bringing unmanned technologies from multiple vendors together with existing equipment to give Geronimo, JRTC’s opposing force, more ways to challenge every brigade it trains against. Each rotation will generate performance data to sharpen Army requirements, inform acquisition decisions, and move effective capabilities into the field faster. Forterra and @BAESystemsInc are bringing autonomous mobility to the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), giving commanders more options for resupply and casualty evacuation. Powered by Forterra’s AutoDrive and FC180 compute, the vehicle can switch between manned and unmanned operation as the mission demands. Forterra's FC180 enables the AMPV to be the backbone and command & control hub for heterogeneous robotic systems from air to land. The partnership brings autonomous capability to an established Army platform, with a production line and supply base already in place. See the autonomous AMPV at AUSA next week in the BAE Systems booth (#6207). Full story from @insidedefense: insidedefense.com/daily-news…

Autonomy depends on every part of the system working together. At AUSA, Forterra and @HypercraftUSA are pairing AutoDrive with Razorback, a platform built for autonomy from day one and designed to integrate third-party sensors, radios, and mission payloads. That interoperability gives teams the flexibility to adapt as technologies and mission requirements evolve. For contested logistics, it’s a foundation for putting autonomy to work where it matters most: supporting the mission while reducing human exposure. MESA’s open architecture supports different mission payloads on one unmanned platform, giving warfighters more ways to extend their reach, sustain operations, and take on dangerous work with less exposure. The platform is designed to move with the force through contested environments at the pace the mission demands. MESA will be on the floor at AUSA — stop by booth #461 to see it up close.

At Forterra’s Idaho test range, we push autonomous mission systems through extreme temperatures and unforgiving terrain. @KMVTNews joined @CongMikeSimpson, @RepEllzey, and our CGO @scott_sv to see that work up close. The autonomy tested here is already powering resupply missions in Ukraine. Unmanned vehicles carry medical supplies, food, and ammunition to the front lines, sustaining operations while keeping soldiers off dangerous routes. At AUSA, @ChaosDefense, @9Mothers, and @HypercraftUSA are joining Forterra in booth #461, bringing expertise in air defense sensing, counter-drone protection, and ground platforms that integrate propulsion, power, and autonomy. Distributed warfare depends on these systems working together across platforms and payloads. Join us to talk integration, mission requirements, and getting autonomous systems into the field.

More than 1,400 Lancer missions in Ukraine have reinforced a clear requirement: autonomy has to keep pace with the battlefield. Feedback from Ukrainian operators goes directly to our engineers, driving improvements to terrain handling, vehicle recovery, and communications resilience. Software updates often reach deployed vehicles within days. That experience shapes the entire mission system: how it moves, how it stays connected, how it is maintained, and how warfighters retain control. In the shop and out in the field, our teams engineer, test, and refine autonomous mission systems for the people who will depend on them under pressure. The battlefield sets the standard at every step. We build for a quieter front line, so more warfighters make it home.

Scott + Josh are some of the most mission-driven people I know -- this piece really gets at the core of WHY. Build technology that survives contact with reality AND takes more risk off the people we ask to serve. 🇺🇸 Proud to call @scott_sv a friend and huge supporter of @ForterraDefense + the incredible team that fuels it. 🫡
Over the last 4 years, lots of people have asked me "why Forterra" or "why do you care about the ground domain so much." Well, we came from the infantry and despite the hype around drones/maritime, wars are still decided on the ground. It is the dirtiest, most dangerous layer of warfare where human beings have always had to be the blunting force. So @JoshAraujo and I wrote a paper about it (yes, ex-Marines can write.) forterra.com/why-we-build

Worth the read (even if written by Marines 🙃). @scott_sv and Josh are two of the best operators I've come across in defense. And Forterra is a great example of doing vs. being - probably why they dominate the ground autonomy space today. Endlessly grateful to have Scott as a venture partner for Pax.

Warfighters still risk their lives on tasks machines can do today. The most dangerous work on the ground should be the first we automate. Forterra builds autonomous mission systems to make that possible. Our purpose is to give the force a decisive advantage, strengthen deterrence, and reduce the human cost of conflict.
