My brother was killed in the North Tower on 11 September 2001.
For 25 years, I have wanted the evidence concerning his death to be capable of being properly examined through the courts.
That has never happened.
In two days, the Supreme Court will consider whether the Attorney General can block the route to a new inquest while keeping her refusal beyond ordinary judicial review.
Behind all the legal argument is something very simple:
