We Swiss citizens just lost the referendum on neutrality. This is the result of a massive media campaign driven by the military-industrial complex and the false propaganda in favour of the EU and NATO, both of which are complicit in the Gaza genocide.

I am heading to Russia tonight, on the invitation of the Federal Commissioner for Human Rights, to give a talk to the International Youth Festival in Ekaterinburg.
Due to systematic human rights abuses in the UK I shall travel with no electronics or passwords.
You will therefore not hear from me before my return.

Who gave the order to @LloydsBank to close my 39 year account with Bank of Scotland without explanation or notice? We don’t know. But in the light of my legal team’s injunction upon them this afternoon on the preservation of evidence, we will find out. Count on it. @KRWLaw

This is a major move against the possibility of independent media.
It is extremely unlikely that this is just business decisions by banks.
No doubt information will trickle out in due course, but this almost certainly involved deep state manipulation.

🚨 Another Canary bank account has been frozen, and our money held
Recent events have created circumstances in which we have been left with no responsible alternative but to suspend Canary operations immediately.

Of Judges, Juries and Fascism - We still don't have a decision on whether the Scottish judicial review of Palestine Action can proceed. Lord Young is thinking about it. Last Thursday's hearing went about as well as it could go. The UK government produced craigmurray.org.uk/archives/…

The deadline for the University of Bristol to lodge an application to the Court of Appeal to challenge my victory at the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has now passed.
It appears that the EAT has not received any such submission. This means that the legal attempt to undermine our victory protecting anti-Zionist views in UK law is now at an end.
All that remains is for the University of Bristol to compensate me for wrongful dismissal and discrimination. And, I look forward to Bristol University inviting me to discuss my reinstatement as Professor of Political Sociology.
The deadline for the University of Bristol to appeal my victory at the Employment Appeal Tribunal to the Supreme court has now expired.
The Appeal Tribunal has confirmed that the University of Bristol has not submitted an application. This rules out an appeal to the Supreme Court.
I note that Bristol University still has exactly 14 days to apply to the Court of Appeal, which is a subordinate court.
This, however, would not allow Bristol to challenge a key precedent determined last February, which would have been their primary method of overturning my victory. That case established that a Christian teacher Kristie Higgs was legitimately expressing her underlying Christian beliefs for which she was sacked by her employer.
I look forward to Bristol University inviting me to discuss my reinstatement as Professor of Political Sociology.

The government's entire narrative for the proscription of Palestine Action was based on an "escalating campaign of violence".
There has only ever been one single conviction for PA violence, and that specifically without intent.
On Filton, 19 violence charges failed.
46 of 51 charges have failed in total.

I am very pleased to announce that I have just been named as the latest winner of the Serena Shim Award for 'Uncompromised Integrity in Journalism'.
I'm proud to be associated with the martyr Serena Shim, who was uncompromising in her efforts to draw attention to the tragedies sustained by the Syrian people as a result of Pax Judaica's long war on that nation and its people, culminating in the ISIS takeover in December 2024.
I am honoured that my name now joins a long list of distinguished former Laureates on the award website.
This award comes just days after my landmark victory at the Employment Appeal Tribunal which established at the legal precedent protecting anti-Zionist views in UK law.
I want to thank the organisers at the Serena Shim Award for this honour as well as those who nominated me and those who supported my nomination.
