🔖 Wonderful to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s portrait featured in the "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦: 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬,"  President George W. Bush’s powerful new collection of stories and oil paintings spotlighting courageous individuals and their struggles for freedom. The new book, which will be published by Crown, an imprint of the Crown Publishing Group, a division of Penguin Random House, is due to be released on M̳a̳r̳c̳h̳ ̳9̳,̳ ̳2̳0̳2̳7̳. It includes two print editions: a jacketed hardcover edition and an oversized, deluxe edition signed by President Bush. For Tibetans and friends of Tibet, this portrait is especially meaningful given the special and enduring relationship shared by the Dalai Lama and President Bush, including the historic 2007 Congressional Gold Medal ceremony honoring His Holiness. Deeply grateful that this special connection and His Holiness’s lifelong commitment to freedom, nonviolence, and human dignity is reflected in this new book.
