Our members discussed how framing food through the lens of #equity connects food concepts together and recentres conversations on Brazilian food insecurity around the concept of equity, access and justice
@bettarecine, a founding member of PENSSAN, emphasised how Brazil was back on the world hunger map in 2022, with 33 million people experiencing food insecurity. She Highlighted the need to bring conversations about #foodjustice and #fooodequity to the centre of national policies
