I usually do the same with Synopsys RTL Architect, which gives you not only a schematic but also mapping to layout on chip. Fancy stuff.
Is there any details on capability of 2.4G RF PHY? I was wondering if it's possible to port openthread.io/ to this chip. We really need a cheap thread/matter solution to replace Zigbee!
