Buganda Road Chief Magistrate Winnie Nankya has granted a UGX 500,000 cash bail to activist Aloikin Praise Opoloje in a case where she is accused with using an MTN SIM card registered under the name and identity of her biological mother.
It should be noted that an MTN SIM card cannot even cost UGX 5,000 and besides there are millions of Ugandans who use SIM cards registered under names of their friends and relatives and that does not warrant the state to deploy a drone to abduct them.
