The great thing about a float tank is that the water is super hydrated so you actually get out with softer, smoother skin! 👌

Just made a welcome return to @FloatLevel in Manchester for the first time since the pandemic hit. If you've never done a floatation tank before, would definitely recommend, esp. if you've back/muscle probs. Will sleep easier tonight, definitely!

I hope you’ll allow me the opportunity to write to you to bring this matter to a close. Thanks

It’s of course disappointing when these things happen and I was hoping to explain and resolve this over email as that allows for a more considered reply rather than just responding to public tweets about my business which are not correct.

That is correct. You create the calendar entry from the confirmation email or the confirmation screen for the appointment in question. Again and for the last time, you changed ONE of those appointments to 3pm and then created the calendar entry from that ONE appointment.

The writing is the same size as the body text. This appears to be a calendar entry you created for that one appt you changed into which you then added your husband. Again, this will all be explained in the email when I have the opportunity to write it.

Your mistake was only evident once you did not arrive for your 1:30pm appointment. Lots of couples split their appointments to look after children for example so prior to 1:30pm, nothing was amiss as far as we could tell. Please allow me to explain all this in the email.

Hi Lisa, as per my last message, confirmation and reminder emails as well as text messages are sent to confirm the times of your appointments. These are intended to assure you of your actions and help you spot any issues with the bookings you have made.

Hi Lisa. Looks like when you logged in to change the time, you only changed one of the appointments unfortunately. We sent you reminder emails and texts about the times of both bookings yesterday. I will send you an email to explain in more detail.

100%. Few slots left. 1:30pm, 5pm and 2 pods available at 7pm. Let us know of any of those work for you.
Mother's Day is nearly upon us so let Mum take the weight off and get some deep relaxation in one of our spacious pods! Our single float voucher is on offer for just £25 and is valid for a year so don't miss out... you could even get one for yourself too! floatlevel.co.uk/special-off…

An hour in the floatation tank before bed last night = a long, deep sleep afterwards. Clear mind for the busy week ahead too. Recommend this @FloatLevel in Manchester. #relaxation #balance #headspace #floating #tuesdaymotivation – at Manchester, England
