South Pacific Souffle is an Imperial Stout brewed with Papua New Guinea vanilla beans, cacao nibs, brown sugar, and a very special coffee.

We travelled up to Boston earlier this year armed with @FlightCoffee beans and @HeilalaVanilla to brew with our mates at @trilliumbrewing - and here is the end result! It's a very limited release and only available at their locations in Boston...for now ;)
