Frustrating as we are a small #charity (with limited funding) trying to provide essential services to those most in need, but can't due to flooding & lack of response about when @thameswater will show (so far they've given 2 times ranging from 9am-3:36pm), but no show for either!

Last night we had to cancel #cooking, #fooddeliveries & #boxing due to a flood caused by wastewater from outside backing up into our sinks. It cost £1700 to clear the water and we have been waiting for @thameswater since 9am but they have not shown and no longer respond to us.

"No real prizes for second place - that may not be the ethos of most sports....but if you don't win now, find a way to win later!"

Sky Sports last night showed Lodge Boys, a superb documentary about @FitzroyLodge boxing club. It's also on YouTube, but hopefully will be repeated or on catch up. If you watch it, you'll be moved and you'll learn a lot about the sport.

Top spot - Costello won at the SJA Awards last night. Untouchable at the commentary caper. Deserved. The Pod got the silver. Thanks for all your support. We are in training now for gold next year.
