Flooding of 2–4 feet above ground level is forecast in vulnerable areas, with breaking waves reaching 9–14 feet. Coastal flooding, beach erosion, and road overwash are major concerns. 🌀 GUAM: Recovery continues following Super Typhoon Champi. Dangerous surf, rip currents, and residual flooding remain concerns. ⛈️ SOUTH FLORIDA: Scattered storms could produce localized flooding.
