The Twitter algorithm is broken. It drives trolls, porn, and advertisement. There is no way the #FOAMed community can ever reform in this environment. I am hopeful that the community can regroup, but it will have to be elsewhere...

It is a sad end. Twitter was once a great platform. We truly had a community. People who wanted to improve the practice of medicine and learn from each other. Even without the horrid political views of Musk, that community has long been lost...

Although there are major problems with all social media platforms, and most of their ownership, Nazi sympathy is a step beyond. This app is the anathema of the culture of #FOAMed ...

I have never understood why we do need non-inferiority trials. In my view, they are a great invention of pharmaceutical industry to introduce me-too drugs without demonstrating any real advantage with low cost trials. This excellent review fully explains the key concepts 👇👇👇👇
