Lebanon's data is inaccurate. As the WPR states, the year it analyzed ENP for Lebanon is 1976!
BdL 2024 Annual Report says that BdL received revenues equal to 167k USD from leasing its properties in addition to receiving 54.57 million USD as profits distributed by MEA. At 3% cap rate, the leased properties would be worth only 5.5 million. Not billions as has been claimed.

This is not BdL's liabilities tho. Since none of BdL's equity is external or owned by non-residents
The report elaborates further on this.
The largest component in the direct investment by the reporting country component is naturally real estate.
BdL has published its first-ever International Investment Position data. Lebanon's net IIP stands at - $58.8 billion.
