YLDS is now live on Tempo Earn! Through this partnership, we are bringing real yield to platforms that are building products that require exposure to short-term U.S. Treasury rates. It’s more flexibility for platforms, without needing new infrastructure.
Now available through Tempo Earn: @Figure’s YLDS. Platforms can put customer balances to work between payments with a registered fixed-income security that accrues interest daily and remains transferable onchain.

Sixteen months ago, we bet on our HELOC engine to finance entrepreneurs. We knew that 7 in 10 are also homeowners. Today: $500M+ annualized, comparable to a top 25 SBA 7(a) lender by approved dollars, first $50M month and a $100M+ quarter. A huge thank you to our 150+ partners.

Using the technology behind crypto (blockchain) doesn't necessarily mean using the currencies themselves. For Figure, blockchain is like cloud and it "works in the background" axios.com/2026/10/20/wall-st…

Rate Disclosure: The 5-9% figure is based on Prime's trailing 6-month blended APY across its home-equity, auto, and small-business pools, as calculated by Figure as of September 2026. It is a historical, gross-of-fees rate, not any single pool's rate, and is not a guaranteed, current, or forecasted yield. Actual returns are variable and will be lower after fees, costs, and taxes, principal is at risk, and these instruments are not FDIC-insured or SIPC-protected, so the chart's comparisons to money-market rates and inflation do not show that a holder's real return beat either.

Couldn’t make our webinar with @FourPillarsFP? Here’s the recap. • Macro is changing. With an inflation outlook outpacing WWII, once-trusted yield mechanisms are starting to lose their value. • The outlook for national debt is challenging, with rate cuts, holding rates, and rate increases having different effects and risks. • A spectrum of yield options are now available onchain, to give institutions additional opportunities outside of historically “trusted” yield – including Prime. • Cash isn’t keeping up. With ~3.5% money market/high-yield savings and ~3.4% headline CPI, Prime’s 5-9% target range is built to keep up with the changing markets.

The team had an excellent time with @AlliumLabs. Senior decision-makers from asset management, capital allocation, and enterprise digital assets organizations all gathered to discuss Figure, Allium, and the industry at large. These are the places where we make the connections that matter.

We put @MBTannenbaum on the spot to read Figure Markets customer feedback. Between love for our real-human support—key to making onchain capital markets accessible to all—and a curveball question about Bitcoin Roths, it’s a must-watch ↓

Single channel originators end up as price-takers in volatile markets. We built Figure Connect so our partners wouldn’t be. Right now, institutional whole-loan bids are offering better pricing than securitization markets. Having the infrastructure to pivot seamlessly to the highest bidder is how we consistently deliver best execution for our ecosystem. Depth, diversification, and durable liquidity across market cycles is the Figure model.

What @MBTannenbaum said. DSCR presents a major opportunity, and we're excited to offer a leading product for our originator partners within our toolkit. Our acquisition of Kiavi is a core part of the big bet we've made on this space.
Excellent reporting from @WSJ on the growth of DSCR loans, featuring one of Kiavi's longtime customers. DSCR loans are based on a property's potential rental income, not the borrower's financial situation. Our acquisition of Kiavi, the industry leader, just closed in September, but we've already seen huge interest from prospects and partners alike. Particularly in this market, we're having lots of conversations about how to arm real estate investors with the capital they need to buy, renovate and/or rent investment properties at scale. The article focuses on "long abandoned neighborhoods," but our data shows the opportunity is actually across the entire country. Article in comments
