Dear @RachelReevesMP @Jamie4North speaking as quite a good one man band farmer.
In 2024 I will have contributed nearly £50000 in tax the treasury. I also produce barley which has a tax take of £1.8m and wheat which has a tax take of £4.5m when turned into whisky (all per annum)

Thank you @EdinvaleFarm for again putting faith in our genetics, delighted to see Tyrant home in his new surroundings, hope he does really well for you.
Delighted to get this fellow home today. Our 3rd bull from @FearnFarm as quite simply the bulls work for us on our Pasture for Life system. Tyrant gives us something different being a slightly thicker bull and with great figures. Only 13 months to see what the calves are like!
Still one of the best wintering and indeed cattle systems I’ve seen , enjoyed watching last night.
Landward Thursday 28th November 20.30 on BBC Scotland Channel and iplayer. See how we winter our Cows for both the benefit of our business and for nature. @scot_stu @LuingCattle @NatureScot @NFFNUK @SoilAssocScot @AHDB_BeefLamb

Well at least something smells nice in #notsogrimnorth this morning.
Big 👍 to @FearnFarm for dropping these off pity I missed a chat.
Now the smell of mice is masked which will be nice when I sow #WinterBean trial from @ScotAgCoOp.

Looks awesome, haven’t sampled the stuff that made it to fearn yet but really looking forward to it! The thing you cook them in looks handy, what’s that?
STEAK OFF! 🥩
Every now and again we are massively privileged to try steaks from other farms for whom we cut and pack. In this case long time friends of Macbeth's and Edinvale, @FearnFarm
Both beautifully tender and flavoursome steaks 👇

Early morning sun trying to break through, turned into a good day but Harr spoilt things a little from a harvest perspective.
Away to a great home, thanks @EdinvaleFarm for picking him out from a string team of bulls.
Looking forward to welcoming this lad to Edinvale. Fearn Tyrant will be our 3rd @FearnFarm bull and can't wait to see what he adds to our herd. He is a well balanced and will help add IMF and Fat.
We like how Fearn sell their bulls and they fit well into our @PastureForLife farm
