🌱 Delighted to publish my @NuffieldFarming report: Enhanced Meat Eating Quality from 100% Pasture & Forage Fed Systems.
Key takeaways:
• Keep cattle growing
• Stress matters
• Compensatory growth hurts MEQ
• UK must measure & reward quality

Going through this wee plantation counting empty tubes. Will replant this back end but there is a wee bit of competition that might need to be sorted first! – at Dallas, Scotland

Mal seeing out our straw bailing for the year. Up to this point he has only done wee stints of bailing, but whilst we were busy this afternoon he hightailed it off down to Duffus to get going. Awesome job and just goes to show it's never too late to learn new skills. – at Dallas, Scotland
