Saint Thomas died in Valencia in 1555 and was canonized in 1658. His feast is celebrated on September 22.

Nearly 1,000 children will pray the Rosary for peace with Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican on October 1.
Children from schools and parishes across Rome will join the Pope at the Lourdes Grotto in the Vatican Gardens to open the worldwide “One Million Children Praying the Rosary” campaign, organized by Aid to the Church in Need (ACN).
The initiative, launched in Venezuela in 2005, now brings together children around the world in prayer for peace, particularly amid war, violence, persecution and poverty.
