You can go to a university lecture for just 2 hours and you will be more tired than going to high school for 6 hours

A bank just informed me that they couldn’t continue my application because they couldn’t confirm my address. They told me this via a mailed letter. They sent. To my address.

My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
We're ready.

a lot of my journey has been influenced by the 4HWW book when it was first released (!)
I think that was the first book that introduced me to the 80/20 principle. to this day I'm surprised how few people truly understand/use it effectively
(most people see it as what % of time you should allocate to something, instead of what inputs actually lead to most of the output)
in 2016 I built an ecom business that went $0 to $1 million in it's first full year, I was the only employee and it was profitable within it's first year.
it was a one person $1M+ business in it's first year
how?
D.E.A.L.
(definition, elimination, automation, liberation)
(well, at first it was DELA... I was still employed. then, when I was able to go full time into my business it became DEAL)
in 2024 I went all in on AI
I started a YouTube channel and took it from 0 to 300k+ subs
a lot of the same skills (80/20, DEAL, etc) went into growing it
ruthless focus on culling the trivial to focus on the "essential few" things that work
(also I fully understand your pain of having to answer a million times why you named the book the way you did. you were doing A/B testing before most people knew what that meant. I get the same for my thumbnails and titles "I chose that title because *you* clicked on it! 😅)
TLDR
I built a $1M+ ecom business using the 4HWW, then build a 300k+ sub YT channel in a completely different niche using the same principles
(namely 80/20, using "small bets" early on, DEAL etc)
I think it's impossible to "master" the 80/20 mindset, but it's incredibly valuable if it's your "north star"

ChatGPT is now America’s AI doctor and that’s both amazing and terrifying.
According to OpenAI’s new report, over 40 million Americans now use ChatGPT daily for health-related questions. That’s 5% of all global chats about symptoms, insurance, and even medical bills.
The spike follows the expiration of key U.S. health subsidies, leaving millions without quick access to doctors.
But here’s the concern: many users are talking to lighter, faster models especially in voice mode that still hallucinate.
