When I try using #GPT to write any code semi complex it doesn’t work good without describing every step in detail. At that point it’s just faster to write it myself instead of describing. Latest was have it try to implement voice to text in JS. Failed, so I just wrote from docs

‘Real estate is crashing’ news is starting to mess people up. Just got an opp to buy a remodeled $540k house for $450k cause the owner is so paranoid lmao. Would be dumb to not take advantage (I’m in NorCal with a strong market still from Bay Area folks moving up)
