Our hearts are with the people, communities and First Nations adversely affected by #BCWildfire. It was a devastating evening fighting fires and working to protect people and homes, with extremely difficult and rapidly evolving conditions continuing today.

The wildfire situation is changing rapidly. I urge everyone in affected areas to follow their local government or First Nation, or @EmergencyInfoBC for up to date information.
Please stay informed, follow evacuation orders, and stay safe. #BCWildfire
