It’s not every day that you get a spotlight from the Exec-VP of your company and I am thrilled it’s on a topic that means so much to me #BlackHistoryMonth 🤗
A graduate of Princeton University & Event Guru at @TMobile, @Fallonam studied the roles of African-American men & women throughout history who fought injustice. She's now leveraging her education to continue carving a path toward a better future for all. #BlackHistoryMonth
As much as I love Kelly, the actual correct answer is “Wrapped in Red”
Kelly Clarkson's "Underneath The Tree" has been ranked the #1 best Christmas song of the 21st century by Billboard staff.
I am always swift to cut people out of my life when I find out they support this man. I do it without question. His lack of humanity still finds new ways to shock me.
This is actually what I think happened with the press tour for that movie I shall not be watching.
Going on six days of no power in Houston with ZERO communication from @CenterPoint but they had the audacity to send me a payment alert today.
Not a single update from when the power will be back but they want to remind me to give them money. #HurricaneBeryl

Restoration progress is slow today it seems. Very slow. Believe less than 100k have come back. These things are hard and I’m the first in line to share that with people. But this is pretty bad. I don’t want to hear that the state is looking at this. This needs to be federal.
Does this feel like relevant news Houstonians need right now?! We are doing a fine job assessing the damage down here where over 2M households still don’t have power after over 24 hours.
Please save this account for news we ACTUALLY need like a timeline of power restoration.
Earlier today, @houmayor John Whitmire and Acting @houstonpolice Chief Larry Satterwhite took an aerial tour to assess the debris, damage and flooding throughout our city following Hurricane Beryl.
The mayor’s commitment to recovery and collaboration remains strong. Together, we will rebuild and restore.
I was at the taping of this show (truly a dream come true!) and I honestly could have listened to her mess up and sing it 30 more times!
"The Kelly Clarkson Show" shared a blooper-filled video of Kelly Clarkson repeatedly mixing up the lyrics to Bon Jovi's 1990 hit "Blaze of Glory" for a "Kellyoke" segment. today.com/popculture/tv/kell…
I know this is not the point but... did a single person care that Justin Timberlake released a (terrible) album this year?

I have always had a penchant for excellent popular art. I’ve known many smart critical people in my life who have gate-kept “real art” behind academia or esotericism, defining its limited appeal as essential to its quality. To me, accessibility in art is virtue; the more people who can be moved by something meaningful, the more successful it is in its intentions.
No matter what she does, Beyoncé has always moved me to tears in her triumph as a creator. No one has grander ambitions, no one makes deeper connections, no one has the power and the intelligence to redefine, subvert, pay homage while at the same time carving a completely new path as Beyoncé does—all at the scale of one of the most popular and commercially successful acts of all time.
What she achieves in Cowboy Carter is almost debilitatingly beautiful, and is only the latest in a run of releases that I don’t think any artist has ever matched. I love that I am just a tiny voice in the chorus of voices singing this praise for her today. I love that such a thoughtful, intelligent, compassionate artists gets to succeed as she does. It gives me hope that if people actually listen to the music, hear the message and receive its meaning, there can still be bridges built and fences mended, genres crossed and expectations surpassed, American heritage reclaimed, redistributed and redefined for everyone.
A new Beyoncé album experience is always overwhelming, but this press release is a fantastic place to start. Intentions, influences, instruments all laid out and quotes straight from her too. Extremely insightful, especially before the thinkpieces roll in! prnewswire.com/news-releases…
The SOMEDAY has me on the floor!! 🤣
Dakota Johnson says she hasn’t seen ‘MADAME WEB’ yet.

These updates are so funny
Ok… this may be the SPEAKER UPDATE for the day, or not (whew):
1) We didn’t vote at noon, as scheduled—and I have no idea if we are voting today or not 🤯.
2) Gym was dropping out this morning & as of an hour ago, he isn’t.
3) Rep Ken “Knuck if you” Buck warned Jordan that there’s more defectors & his numbers will only get worse.
4) Things got a little hot & heavy in the Repub Caucus & McCarthy supposedly tried to snatch Gaetz edges… he is still feeling some kinda way about being vacated. (I’m glad he knows who is the blame when behind closed doors b/c to the cameras he gives a revisionist history.) Seemingly this spat caused a larger ruckus that sounds like it coulda devolved into its own version of the Alabama Brawl 😂. Lucky for everyone in there… there were no folding chairs.
