Every girl deserves to be informed about her rights, have her voice heard and feel empowered to speak up for herself. This International Day of the Girl Child, let’s empower girls by helping them understand their rights, recognise their strengths and build the confidence to express themselves and make informed choices. With the support of families and communities, we can create an environment where every girl feels valued, supported and empowered to pursue her aspirations and shape her own future.

A support system is stronger when the people it serves have a place in shaping it.
People with lived experience of mental health challenges bring perspectives that can help us understand what support truly looks like, what works, and what needs to change.
This World Mental Health Day, let’s make sure lived experiences are heard, valued, and included in creating mental health support systems that respond to real needs.
