So excited that thanks to @DoxMedia1 my new CD, "Path of Peace", is now available on all the music streaming sites. This is the link to it on Apple Music in the UK. music.apple.com/gb/album/pat…
Birmingham. 👍🏻
I don't remember Heartbreak High being on in the 90s here in the UK. I saw it much later on Netflix and enjoyed it. Not sure I like the sound of the remake though.
#OnThisDay 27 September 1994
UK viewers got their first glimpse of Hartley High school when HEARTBREAK HIGH aired at 6.25 on BBC2.
Often regarded as more gritty and fast-paced than many of its contemporaries, the series ran until 1999, with the BBC co-funding from 1996.
I think I know all these. Anyone else?
How well do you know Harold Bishop?
1) How did he die before reappearing 5 years later as who?
2) What are his granddaughters names?
3) What was the name of his beloved wife?
4) What is his favourite musical instrument?
5) What was Harold a member off?

My alarm is set. Looking forward to finding out who I'm going to see next year.

It started off so well, then really went downhill. Someone being eaten by a crocodile was a low point for me. That's not Neighbours. Would still like to see it back on-screen though and see what the characters are up to.
3yrs ago today was a day of such hope, possibility & overwhelming JOY for #Neighbours fans! 😍
We were SO grateful to @AmazonMGMStudio Freevee & then within 18 months despite success, passionate fans & award nominations they INEXPLICABLY dropped it. Make that make ANY sense! 😱

Dolly Parton has posthumously accepted the Americana Lifetime Achievement Award in a video message recorded before her death at 80.
In the emotional clip, the country music legend reflected on her Appalachian roots and the bluegrass music that helped revive her career, before friends and fellow artists paid tribute to her extraordinary legacy.

It is a break! Christmas break - and the earlier the better!
This annoys me so much @marksandspencer with Christmas crackers & advent calendars at the beginning of September. Give us a break!
Doing so much with his songs and influence. #Respect

“Dolly Parton’s legacy is not celebrity, but humanity. She came from poverty to become the most important native of Tennessee. She shared her fortunes for the good of all of us, and shared her soul in every note she sang.” –Kyle Young, CEO
This was Amazon at its worst. I hated outback week, and flashback week.
#OnThisDay in 2024, as Death in the Outback Week came to a close, Holly was in danger, Heath met a grizzly end, Mackenzie was shot, and things weren't looking good for Toadie

Both characters from the past, but I think Imogen from #Neighbours or Scarlett from #HomeandAway.
Carly sang this when I saw her at Royal Albert Hall in May and I really liked it.
To the person smiling through the baby shower.
To the bridesmaid wondering when she’ll get her turn.
To the friend celebrating someone else’s dream while still waiting on their own.
To anyone who’s ever celebrated a friend’s “win”...then cried on the drive home.
I see you. This one’s for you. Out Friday 🤍

I don't miss this at all. Thinking how slow it would be to stream all my music without broad band ... I think I'll keep my home on the Internet!

I miss the waiting. The discovery. The lack of optimisation. The weirdness.
I'm a niche then. I find the technical stuff and strategy interesting, like back in the 90s when there were 2 different tyre manufacturers. It's about more than just following each other round a track.
Stefano Domenicali says most fans are not interested in the technical aspect of the sport
"The vast majority of our fans are not interested in the technical details. They aren't talking about superclipping, but looking at how many overtaking maneuvers there are."
"The new fans, in particular, are focused on the action. Look at the way Max passed Lewis Hamilton last Sunday in Hungary. That was a masterpiece. Of course, there are fans who are interested in more data, but that is definitely a niche."
