In June 2008, 2-year-old Caylee Anthony vanished in Orlando, Florida. Her mother, Casey, never reported her missing. For 31 days, she just kept living as if nothing had happened. Whenever Caylee's grandparents asked to see her, Casey had an excuse. She told them Caylee was with a babysitter and doing fine. But no one had actually seen the little girl. During that time, Casey went to nightclubs, spent time with her boyfriend, and even got a tattoo reading “Bella Vita.” On July 15, Caylee’s grandmother finally called 911. She said her granddaughter had been missing for a month and that Casey's car smelled like a dead body had been inside it. When police began investigating, Casey claimed the nanny had kidnapped Caylee. That story was false. She also claimed she worked at Universal Studios and even walked detectives into the building before admitting she had no job there. In December 2008, a utility worker found Caylee's remains in the woods, less than half a mile from her home. Casey was charged with first-degree murder, and prosecutors asked for the death penalty. They argued that Casey had suffocated Caylee with duct tape because she wanted freedom from motherhood. Her defense offered a different explanation: Caylee had drowned in the family pool, and Casey’s father had helped hide her death. He denied it. But the prosecution had a big problem. Caylee's body had been outside for months, so no one could say exactly how she died. There was no weapon, no witness and no confession. In July 2011, the jury found Casey not guilty of killing her daughter. She was convicted only of lying to police. With credit for the time she had already spent in jail and good behavior, her sentence was almost over. Twelve days later, she walked free.

It appears that Patrick Clancy has a perverse incentive to believe that mental illness was the sole/primary cause of his then wife killing his 3 children. That way, it was all somehow the fault of “nature” and therefore no one is really to blame. He was found dead in a blizzard six hours later, in that exact same spot. She left her car’s taillight at the crime scene and embedded in John’s clothing. His cocktail glass was found broken at the scene. His DNA was on the back of her car—along with a piece of his hair. We saw the black box from her car. We saw John’s Apple Health data, his Waze, and the tech stream data—all showing that John never moved again after 12:32 a.m., never moved from the exact same spot where Karen Read’s car was last seen, and at the exact same time she reversed her vehicle at 75% throttle for over 60 feet, reaching up to 24 mph. We heard the first responders testify that she confessed at the scene, saying over and over, “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him.” We heard that she told Kerry Roberts John was dead because a snowplow hit him—an hour before his body was found. We saw pictures of her taillight at the crime scene, along with John’s shoe and baseball hat. We saw pictures and videos of her missing taillight at 5:09 and 8:22 a.m. We all saw the clips of her “testimony.” And the jury—along with a lot of other people—decided all of this was no big deal. But butt dials? Those were apparently of EXTREME importance. I feel a shift and I pray people are waking up.

All around them, people are crying, mourning, struggling to read the names of loved ones who were murdered on this spot 25 years ago. And these two assholes are having a good laugh. Disgusting is right. NYC elects the worst people in the world.

DAVID YANNETTI: A DEFENSE ATTORNEY'S COMPLICITY IN CRAFTING DESTRUCTIVE CONSPIRACY LIES THAT RUINED LIVES On June 30, 2023, Aidan Kearney, a Massachusetts blogger and internet personality who had secretly been working behind the scenes with Karen Read and her defense team since April of that year, premiered a video named "Framed: The Commonwealth vs Karen Read". The video was filled conspiratorial storylines spun from mundane facts that had little or nothing to do with John O'Keefe's death. Kearney promoted the video heavily as a way for people to learn about Karen Read and content creators, wanting to cash in on the growing audience salivating for more gossip and rumors, would use the disinformation in the video as a basis for their dissemination of the Karen Read "story." Kearney even created a QR code he splashed everywhere so people could easily link to the video. Based on Kearney's communications in his phone extraction, one of the conspiracies was promoted by Read's defense attorney, David Yannetti, himself. On May 2, 2023, David Yannetti texted Aidan Kearney that Tim Albert, brother of Brian Albert, had posted a Facebook meme and filled in his pool as a direct result of a court filing from the defense team. Kearney took the absurd conspiracy Yannetti had relayed to him that these events were somehow in response to the defense and included them in his "Framed" video, going so far as to state the Facebook meme was "intimidation". The filling in of the pool would be used to plant the idea in impressionable fans minds that the basement floor or Chloe were at the bottom covered by cement. To this day, followers of Read and Kearney will cite these events as proof the witnesses were involved in a conspiracy to cover up the murder of John O'Keefe proving how destructive the disinformation campaign has been.
