Nobody hands you an instruction manual when you start a company. Thereโs no onboarding flow for founders. Youโre expected to just know when to incorporate, when to make your first hire, how to structure a seed round, and how to manage cash so you donโt run out of it at the worst possible time.
So our CEO, Rajeev Behera, wrote the manual himself.
Blueprint is everything heโs learned building Every, turned into a practical guide for first-time founders. Incorporation. Fundraising. Hiring. Cash management. The decisions that actually determine whether your company is still standing in three years.
You donโt need to guess your way through this. Read Blueprint: ordnl.link/6ukhVJh
Put founders in a room, and you learn whatโs actually hard about building a company.
At the Antler x Every Founder Lounge, the conversations werenโt mainly about product or fundraising. A surprising number were about operations. People asked who to use for payroll, how to handle their first out-of-state hire, and whether their bookkeeping would hold up in diligence.
These are solved problems. They shouldnโt still be taking up founder time in 2026.
Thatโs the bet behind Every. A startupโs back office should be as good as the infrastructure developers now take for granted: one platform for banking, payroll, HR, benefits, bookkeeping and taxes, working by default.
Thank you to Antler and to every founder who joined us.

Every puts all of it in one place.
One platform. Delaware C-Corp setup, a real bank account, payroll across all 50 states, and a dedicated bookkeeper.

Startups rarely fail because the idea was wrong. More often, they fail because something basic stopped getting attention.
We think about this every time we hand out a Sprigbox. Itโs a small grow kit, and itโs our standard gift at founder events. At SF Tech Week, every founder who came through the Antler x Every Founder Lounge took one home.
#SFTechWeek #Founders
A plant needs very little, but it needs it consistently. Companies are the same. Payroll has to run every cycle. The books have to close every month. Taxes have to be filed every quarter. None of it is hard on its own. Doing all of it, reliably, while building a product is where founders lose time they canโt get back.
Every exists to make that part automatic. Banking, payroll, HR, benefits, bookkeeping, and taxes run in one system, so founders can spend their attention on the thing only they can do.
Letโs get growing. every.io/payroll-hr

Antler backs founders from day zero, and we're grateful for the chance to spend time with teams at the very start of their journey. Many founders meet Every at this stage, and it means a lot to see where they go from there.โฃ
โฃ
The founders who trust us with their banking, payroll, HR, benefits, bookkeeping, and taxes are the reason Every exists. Weeks like this are a chance to thank them in person and to meet the next group of founders we hope to support.โฃ

Payroll is supposedly a solved problem. Ask the person who runs it at a small business whether it feels solved.
Whether it's a seed-stage startup, a marketing agency, or a growing legal practice, payroll tends to land on whoever is organized enough to be trusted with it. Sometimes that's an office manager. Often it's the owner. That person knows the software was never the hard part.
The hard part is everything that happens around it. A new hire lives in a state you've never registered in. A raise got approved in a hallway conversation but never made it into the system. Someone asks at 4:45 on a Friday why their paycheck looks different this time.
The usual fix is another tool, and that usually means one more login and one more place where information can fall out of sync. We think the problem is the gaps between tools, not a shortage of tools.
So we built payroll at Every to sit right next to HR, bookkeeping, and banking. A new hire, a move, or a raise only has to be entered once. When something needs your attention, it shows up before it turns into a problem. When you have a question, a real person who knows your account answers it. Here's a short look at how it works.
We hope it gives you back a few Friday afternoons.

Such a fun evening! It was wonderful to see so many builders together.
Our first "vibe coding" networking / show & tell event for AI builders was packed! Next month's has been scheduled: luma.com/ctrlaltcreatelive
The next co-working / workshop event for AI builders of all skill levels (technical and non-technical) is coming up on Saturday in Seattle.
It's time to start building software with AI... even if you've never done it before. Thanks to Every.io (@EveryBanking) for keeping ctrlaltcreate.live/ going!
