I think a lot of people were smart for getting those free Oracle certs tbh. Even if they never work on a single Oracle system, it can still help jumpstart learning journeys and careers.

A hiring manager told me out of his mouth verbatim that your pay as a contractor is based off the labor charges which is determined by years of experience, not certifications. He told me once I get my masters to let HR know and ask for more money.
