Are they educated or uneducated??
An extremely outrageous incident that took place yesterday! 😡👇
Our 'Mangrove Soldier' repeatedly tried to stop this gentleman from dumping garbage into the river/sea. However, unfortunately, he was in no mood at all to listen...

@mybmc The work of clearing footpaths is currently underway and is very necessary. Please check the area near your BMC headquarters—specifically around Excelsior & Sterling Cinema—where there are significant encroachments and the footpath is practically non-existent.

This credit goes to the Mangrove Soilders working tirelessly with devotion and we as citizens must see the garbage go into the dustbin only so that they can quit their job(of picking up the garbage) and spend some quality time with their families and friends. @EnvironmentLife @UN

Celebrated my birthday at Achija, Vashi. Great food, but only complimentary packaged water bottles were served—no RO drinking water was offered. As per FDA Maharashtra’s directions, restaurants should provide free potable water, with bottled water only on request. @Tukaram_IndIAS – at Navi Mumbai, India

Shame on us.
Just look at what lies beneath the surface of Mumbai’s mangroves. We treat our rivers&drains as dump yards, completely blind to how it's killing marine biodiversity.
It's time to seriously rethink our waste habits.

Prithvi , do you know waste is directly proportional to how many we are and how much each of us is consuming. World at 9 bln and I dia at 1.5 bln humans is grossly overpopulated (atleast 20 times)& our consumption has increased exponentially. To save nature #depopulate, #degrowth

Still Civics authorities in a fault?
