On Thurs the Murphy administration made the appalling decision to issue a critical permit for a NEW GAS PLANT in Newark’s Ironbound. This would be the 4th gas plant in a city suffering from some of the worst air pollution in the country from decades of environmental injustice!

The Governor wanted to extol his climate credentials today, but neighbors and advocates joined him in New Brunswick to remind him yet again that widening the Turnpike Extension and *new* gas power plants are the exact opposite.
