Parenting isn’t 50/50. It never will be, because the role of a mother is inherently more demanding (especially in the early years). Instead of obsessing over dividing parenting duties equally, a dad should focus on caring for the mother, supporting her and making her life easier so that she can devote more of her time and attention to their children. He takes care of her so that she can take care of them.
