Grateful to have worked with these thoughtful, innovative school leaders from @EctorCountyISD for the last 2 yrs. Their students made huge gains academically and their culture data has skyrocketed. They implemented Blended Learning, SEL and know how to use R&D cycles.

In 2019, 20 schools were rated either D or F, today 19 schools are either an A or a B
