For years, I've lead every article I've written with the business case for employee #WellBeing — the retention data, the productivity numbers, the ROI, this university's study etc.
I finally stopped when it dawned on me that if leaders and organizations need a financial data to justify treating people with respect and care, no spreadsheet was ever going to be what changed them.
