In a good way, it's been a long time since that happened so it's hard to be precise. But often my elbows especially near the inside aligned with the pinky (the evoluent vertical mouse helps a lot with that too). General forearm fatigue probably happens too.
Lazy Twitter: what's a good, portable, ergonomic keyboard? I have an ancient MS Sculpt at home that I like, but it's clunky to carry around.
