6 SIX Things I Do To My Husband That Works for my Marriage. 1. I take permission from him before going to where I'm going. — For me, this is what my sister and I do to my dad while I was under his roof. I don't leave the house without their permission and telling them where I'm going to for security reasons. So doing the same to my husband is only morally right, and if he says No, so be it. 2. My husband is one who forgives easily and doesn't keep grudges in his heart so when communicates his displeasure, it is off his mind. I understands his person, hence I always go on my knees to apologize to him when I know i wronged him. I know what I have and I will never allow pride destroy my place in my marriage. 3. I don't Joke with my husband's food. — Whether he's hungry for my body or the actual meal, I ensure he's well fed. His lunch bag is packed full with his meal and other edibles with a mintol chewing gum to keep his breath fresh as always. 4. I DON'T, and I will NEVER let anyone disrespect my husband. This is one of the reasons when I hang out with the girls I don't bring my husband at the table of discussion. Some of them do, but never will I. Cos that is where disrespect begins and I will not flip that dice against my husband. 5. No SECRECY. — i know his phone password, he knows mine. We have access to each other's phone. There was a day hubby was rushing to the office cos a client was waiting for him. Hubby went with my phone unknowingly 😅😅 I didn't even notice until I heard his phone ringing then lo and behold, it was ♥️♥️ (me) calling. There he told me he didn't occur to him that it was my phone he went to work with.😅😅 I simply log in on 𝕏 with his phone and continued my day. 6. I don't talk back at my husband nor interrupt him when he speaks — Not that I don't have what to say in my defense, but overtime, i have learnt to zip my mouth when my parent or older brothers talk. I only speak when the atmosphere is less intense, then I go to him and first apologize for how my actions made him feel as at the time, then tell him why I did what I did. Oftentimes, when he sees reason as to why I did what I did, he apologized to me for reading me wrongly. BONUS TIP. 7. When it comes to financial Management, Business, and Decision — We allow the person who has strength in that area handle certain decisions for the household while your carry your partner along. — Say for example. I am big on the aspect of business investment and financial management. This doesn't mean my husband has zero knowledge of the same. But that he recognizes my strength and allow me handle certain financial matters while I carry him along. All of these are for the betterment of the family. One will chase a thousand but two will chase ten thousands. ........... I hope you find this tips helpful. I would love to share more but then, what works for Mr A cannot work for Mr B. Every marriage is unique, and whatever works for your marriage should be maintained. . . Thanks for reading this far... 📖 📚

To live comfortably in Nigeria as a man, these are the non-negotiables: 1. Your own space. Rented or built. 2. A monthly salary of at least ₦300,000. 3. A solid car or motorcycle. 4. A good woman who can cook and actually enjoys cooking for you. 5. A working generator, washing machine, and blender. 6. Reliable internet and a good smartphone. 7. Stay cult-free. No membership, no close ties to known cultists. 8. A decent speaker for good music. 9. ₦2–5 million in savings. 10. Consistent, quality sex at least once or twice a month. 11. A good friend who can vouch for you even in your absence. 12. God. With these locked in, you will live a peaceful, comfortable life. Above all, love God.

In April, my laundry guy begged me to lend him 1 million naira to buy a washing machine and irons. His customer base was growing and he could no longer keep up with hand washing. I gave him the money. He agreed to pay back 100,000 naira monthly for 12 months. I even told him the 11th month would be enough for me. First and second month, he paid. Third and fourth month, nothing. His excuse was that business was slow. Fifth month, still nothing. I did not even bother to ask. Last Saturday I went to his shop, picked up his big generator and four irons and left. I did not give him a listening ear. This morning he sent 400,000 naira covering the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th months. Above all, love God.

Today, I’m excited to announce that Vatar, the parent company behind Lagos Life, has closed a $500K angel round led by AB Hassan (@ijbguy), Nathan Nwachuku (@_KingNath), and GB Agboola (@TechProd_Arch). Lagos is just the beginning. We’re building entire worlds, and there’s so much more to come. 🌍 vatar.com

I had a therapy session with a client on the #lagoslife game app, and I just got paid into my real life Opay account 😃 This is the first client that wanted everything to be done on the Lagoslife app, instead of transitioning to WhatsApp, Google meet or zoom. The client felt more autonomous and "hidden" in the game, which made them open up more in the sessions. We used voice note and text only. It first started as a short free therapy session that I gave. The client liked it and sent me game tokens (2 Billion tokens 😇), and then proceeded to book and continue with the fully detailed therapy session. . . If the developers can create the option for one-on-one calls in the chats, then I'd be happy to temporarily move my workplace to the Lagoslife app, and build on a platform created by one of our own (while still maintaining and protecting my profession's code of conduct/values) . . My Username is: Lagos_Therapist Kindly message me on the Lagoslife game app, for free short counsels or advices. Pay with any amount of your game tokens that you can afford. And if you want to take it further, we will discuss more about it in our personal chats (confidentiality assured) Either ways, whether you have real money or not, you will still experience therapy, don't worry. Life is too unstable not to have anyone to talk to about issues 🫂 . . My Username: Lagos_Therapist #lagoslife #LagosLifeGame #Thereisalwaysawayifyoulookforit #thefasteryouadaptthebetterforyou
