Some progress. Made some design tradeoffs and cut down the components not needed for UX. Now just assembling left to finish, which will involve a lot of hand-stitching 😿 since I still doing have my sewing machine.

Since this machine can sew 3 cords together, it may be a good try for bundling R, G and B LED fibers together for color mixing.
