Nigeria’s judicial system is one of the major obstacles to the country’s development.
How can someone who did not participate in a primary election be declared the winner by the Federal High Court in Abuja? 🤔

Heartfelt thanks to the good people of Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency for your resounding resolution to stand with the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027. Your loyalty and love for the President, the APC, and our shared vision, especially across Kogi East and Kogi State, are truly unprecedented. President Tinubu is a bold and resilient leader who made the tough decisions others avoided, ending the fuel subsidy and harmonizing the exchange rate, reforms that have freed up resources for States and Local Governments to pay salaries and deliver projects. Today's sacrifices will birth a prosperous Nigeria, and Kogi East has already felt the President's love. Now it is our turn to reciprocate: 2027 is payback time! I charge you all to mobilize your families, neighbours, and communities to vote massively for Tinubu. You win, I win, and together we will deliver a resounding victory! #WinWithTinubu

It is always a pleasant experience to be with my people, to associate and share smiles with them, as we celebrated culture, tradition, and unity in the ancient city of Egbe Meekun. This year's edition of the Egbe Unity Day was truly delightful, laced with entertaining activities where the tradition, culture, and true identity of our people displayed to the world, representing the age-long values of those who birthed, watched, and raised us into who we are today.
Egbe has always been great because our forefathers chose unity over discord, love over hatred, and community over self. That is the legacy they bequeathed to us, and it is what we must preserve with every drop of our blood.
I want to encourage us all to remain united and to love one another genuinely. Let us encourage and support one another to grow positively and progressively. When your brother progresses, Egbe progresses and society grows and develops. When your sister is supported, our future is secured and assured. Going forward, we must remember that development does not come from government alone, but when sons and daughters at home and in the diaspora come together to think, to build, and to give back. A united Egbe will always attract progress, while a divided Egbe will repel it.
Let us shun envy, gossip, and the pull-him-down syndrome as we embrace peace, dialogue, and forgiveness. Let us teach our children that Egbe is one family under one God.
Long live Egbe!
Long live Yagba West!
Long live Kogi West!
Long live Kogi State!
Long live Nigeria!

I received the Controller-General of the Federal Fire Service, Mr. Olumode Samuel Adeyemi, on a courtesy visit at my residence in Abuja today. Our discussions were centered on strengthening the Federal Fire Service and exploring strategic areas of collaboration to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and modern fire services to Nigerians across the country. We further deliberated on practical steps to align and actualize the "Renewed Hope Agenda" of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, with a view to ensuring that the positive impact of this administration is felt by all citizens.
I commend Mr. Olumode for his dedication to service and for the proactive reforms being undertaken in the Federal Fire Service under his leadership. I reaffirm my commitment to working closely together to form a partnership that will advance the best interests of all Nigerians.
A great platform for meaningful engagement and inclusive development. When leaders listen and communities participate, progress becomes a collective responsibility. Wishing everyone a productive and impactful town hall meeting.

This weekend was another opportunity to engage directly with the people of Kogi West. I met with key political leaders across the district to strengthen our party, promote unity, and reaffirm our shared commitment to the continued progress of our constituency and the success of the APC.
I was also honoured to receive the Oba Irukera of Egbe, alongside his delegation, before paying a royal courtesy visit to the Agbana of Isanlu Kingdom, where we reaffirmed the importance of our traditional institutions as partners in promoting peace, unity, and sustainable development across Kogi West.
The weekend concluded with a Town Hall Meeting in Isanlu, where I listened to the concerns, ideas, and aspirations of our people, remaining until the early hours of the morning because every voice matters. I remain committed to accessible, people-focused representation, and I urge us all to stay united as we work together for the continued progress of Kogi West and the success of our great party in the forthcoming elections.

On July 26 in Lokoja, I met with APC Local Government Chairmen, Zonal Executives, Executive Chairmen, party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters from across Kogi West to deepen consultations and strengthen our collective resolve ahead of the forthcoming elections. The meeting reaffirmed our unwavering commitment to the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the success of all APC candidates. Drawing strength from the trust earned through our record of quality representation and impactful leadership, we resolved to place unity, reconciliation, and party cohesion above all else. Together, we will continue to build a stronger APC, consolidate the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda, and work tirelessly to secure lasting progress and decisive victories for our party and the people we proudly serve.
