We are passionate about empowering our children to realise their full potentials. This is why we will continue to prioritise skills development for youths. In this training at @EdoHub, teens are learning smartphone graphics design to kickstart their journey as UI/UX experts.
On Monday marked the beginning of an exciting journey for a group of enthusiastic teens as they embarked on our 3-Weeks Smartphone Graphics Design Training.

The last time i visited Edo Innovates, a young lady walked up to me to say hello and she told me that she had learnt some digital skills at the hub and wanted to design a campaign flier for me.
She later sent me a nice design she had made and told me that she did it with her phone and it would have been alot better if she had a laptop.
Today, I visited Ms Anointed Olomuza at Edo Innovates with a brand new Dell laptop from the Hon Ifaluyi Isibor Foundation.
She'll now be able to do a whole lot more with the skills she has learnt.
Her instructor told me that Anointed was a very committed and dedicated student and trekked several miles daily to make sure she got to class early.
So glad to have put a smile on her face. I can't wait to see the designs she'll do next. Anointed will not have to trek long miles anymore, the foundation will be responsible for her transportation till she's done with her training.
Special appreciation to my dear friend Ms Amanda Allen for helping me facilitate this donation. You have been such an amazing ally ma'am! May God bless you!

I extend my warmest congratulations to our Muslim faithful as we commemorate the Eid-el-Fitr after the successful completion of the Ramadan fast. As taught by the Holy Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W), I implore one and all to be compassionate, especially in these trying times.

Getting people skilled up to get tech jobs is a means to an end and not the end itself.
At @edoinnnovates/@EdoJobs we have trained over 52k people on various basic tech skills. Many have moved on to get jobs but that isn't the main objective. It is for them to create more jobs.

Maybe what we are doing at Edo Innovates and @edojobs needs to be ramped up some more. These people can be created. Africa just needs a little more organization.
