Eben is used by the chiefs in the palace. It’s their staff of office or entitlement. While the Ada and Eben combined are used by Kings and the OBA. That’s why chiefs don’t carry Ada but they only make use of Eben. So for lame men to hold such symbol is misusing and not permitted
Theres no history or story that entails that Ogiso came from the sky. You’re the one forging it. Ogiso means kings of the sky. Edo is a community and the kingship started from a community too. The community is still there till dis day. Stop massaging your ego with made up stories
Benin has always practiced monarchy system of government before Nigeria was colonized. There was nothing like dat in other states. What you have nw are appointed chiefs not kings. Benin is a kingdom that has several dukedom dat re governed by Enogies nd Government cant depose dem
You’re just saying thrash_a governor that once his 8 years in office is due he will leave the office that gave him such power and become a regular citizen. If it happens in other states, it’s different in Benin. U don’t have history. OBA has been the ruler from time in Memorial.
