No incorrect.
Youβre burning muscle not fat
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Incline walking burns fat as primary fuel rather than muscle. Studies show higher fat oxidation than running at matched calories and no compromise to muscle growth or strength from adding such cardio to lifting.

Being a police officer in the Volta Region must be a very chill. Cause 8 out of 10 times, the shrines will do the heavy lifting for you. There is a reason why the VR has the lowest crime rate.

Lol That's what the Mande people did. They told the Berbers and Arabs that there were only cannibals in the forest regions of the Akan goldfieldsπ€£. The Arabs never went south.
Mande people remained the main trading partners of the Akan goldfields until the Portuguese arrived.
Medieval citations of non-Muslim/pagan Blacks as inhumane and uncivilized cannibals are not attested by real explorers, and should not be taken seriously.
You definitely have read of Ibn Khaldun saying that blacks below Sahelians are all kinds of things, or other random arab historians despising the βzanjβ (usually used for Sub-Sahel blacks).
All these claims however come from Sahelian (especially Mande) merchants who took advantage of their ignorance of the African interior & sought to prevent foreigners from finding alternative access to these sources of their wealth. Stories of cannibals and monsters inhabiting the goldfields may therefore have served to discourage outsiders, successfully exploiting North African credulity and cultural prejudices.
Iβd say that this was successful until Europeans like Portuguese & Danes started trading directly with the coasts. It was incredibly detrimental for the Western Sahel.
The Anlo area was part Gold coast though
The Volta Region was not originally part of Ghana. It had to vote to join us, and the people of the south voted no.
It was called British Togoland. On May 9, 1956, a plebiscite was held. 58% voted overall to join the Gold Coast, but 55% of voters in the southern part voted to separate.
Britain read the result as covering the whole territory. If it had been counted by region, the southern half would likely have joined French Togoland instead. That vote is the root of the Western Togoland movement you still hear about today.
I think theyβre still allies to this day
Replying to @KwaoBuabeng
Because once upon a time the Anlos and Akwamus were strong allies, in trade and war. The Akwamus ruled the Krepi area all the way to Kpalime and taking slaves and taxes.
When people think violence is a joke
ONE OF THE MOST BRUAL BARE KNUCKLE FIGHTS OF ALL TIME π³οΈοΈοΈοΈοΈοΈ
Andrew Strode delivered one of the most gruesome finishes in BKFC history during his rematch with Gee Perez at BKFC 93 on September 11.
Both fighters exchanged heavy shots before Perez developed a massive hematoma on his forehead, leaving his face severely swollen and disfigured.
The ringside doctor stopped the fight after the third round, awarding Strode a TKO victory. The win kept Strode undefeated and earned him a shot at the BKFC bantamweight championship.
