Mental Health Comedy is LIVE! With special guest @juddapatow! bit.ly/mentalhealthcomedynow
Comics and entertainers practice mental health skills! Hosted by me and @Jenniferkolari #mentalhealthcomedy, putting the funk in dysfunction since 1865!
Nothing better than working with @donnyosmond and watching him trying to keep a straight face! One of the pure joys I’ve had. That and surviving my bar mitzvah.

Who remembers this little sketch I did with @EdCrasnick back in 2009?
I have to say, all those years of sketch comedy during the Donny & Marie days really prepared me for moments like this–because keeping a straight face when Ed threw in that eBay line was no easy task. I came very close to breaking! 😄

I am proud to announce that I've asked @Tim_Walz to be my running mate.
As a governor, a coach, a teacher, and a veteran, he's delivered for working families like his.
It's great to have him on the team.
Now let’s get to work. Join us:

Governor Walz doesn’t just have the experience to be vice president, he has the values and the integrity to make us proud. And as we saw last night, @KamalaHarris and @Tim_Walz make a great team.
Now let’s do everything we can – volunteer, donate, organize – from now until November to help them get elected. KamalaHarris.com

Growing up, my parents had Bob Newhart & Don Rickles albums in the family record collection. Many decades later, Don called to say he had arranged for me to have lunch with Bob to discuss a project. What an honor & what a blast to have known such great men & comedy giants.

There aren’t many comedians that I admired as much,or frankly, stole from as much as Bob Newhart. He made quietly thinking on camera hilarious. The pause was his art. Clearly,in this photo you can see the admiration was mutual.A loving goodbye to one of the greatest comics ever. ❤️

A normally-reserved Brad Stevens lets loose on Open Run: "The criticism is stupid. [Tatum & Brown] achieved more than most 25, 26-year-olds ever had. The scrutiny was because they were playing in May & June...I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out, than suck. And those two have been really good for a long time."

An absolutely BANANAS new paper on #socialprescribing from @UniofExeter
"..Physical activity in nature prevents almost 13,000 cases of non-communicable diseases a year in England and avoided healthcare and societal costs of more than £100m."

I was so sorry to hear that we lost Richard Lewis. I will miss him very much. He was so funny, and I was so lucky to have him play Prince John in ROBIN HOOD: MEN IN TIGHTS. But I was even luckier to have him in my life.

I saw @TheRichardLewis being interviewed somewhere in an all black outfit giving advice to young comics. He was saying you don’t have to start in LA or NY. Just get good at it somewhere. Then he said: “But what do I know? Look at me. I’m dressed like Satan at a barbecue.”
Like many other comics, @TheRichardLewis was my idol. He made me want to be a comic, brilliant writer and performer, his material was personal and specific, not generic. He made insecurity and fear funny, he was an original. Rest in peace, you were the king!
