had dinner with a 14m/mo dtc operator in shanghai last week. 2 brands, 6 years in. killer operator, super humble guy. asked him what actually moved the needle. wasn’t ads. wasn’t another dialed funnel. product. said it flipped the day he stopped emailing his supplier and started flying out. kinda hit me. cause thats where we’ve been stuck. for 14 months our product was fine. not bad, not great. just whatever showed up. last couple months i’d been ordering products from 10+ nine fig brands. just to hold them, unbox them, feel the difference. the gap was obvious once you put them next to ours. ideas started popping immediately. spent the last few days at the factory with all that in my head. found a way to make it feel more premium, better packaging, way better unboxing, without adding crazy weight or blowing up cost. brand started feeling like a brand the second i stopped treating the supplier like just a vendor. wild watching a shopify store slowly turn into something real. go meet your supplier. thank me later 🤝

Today I found a potential “GURU” brand doing over $100k/day consistently a year and had 1.000.000 orders Shopify Milestone plaque. And today I feel generous to share this with limited people. (cuz not everyone should know this kind of play) Comment “MILLION” and RT this tweet. I’ll DM you (need to follow me so I can dm the doc) the store and my full breakdown on: • Traffic • Ad count • Best-selling products • Top landing pages • Their best hooks You can draw heavy inspo from their funnels, offers, landing pages, and creative formats to print in your own store. Might delete this tomorrow or limit it to the first 500 people — too much sauce to keep public 🤭🤐 #ecom

Always bet on yourself — even when you doubt. Right after uni, I landed a top-tier MBB role. Spent 3 years advising 9–11 figure companies. Learned how to deliver under insane pressure. Then I jumped into VC. Became a Managing Director young. Sat across hundreds of outlier founders. Studied what made them win. Along the way, I got greedy with crypto. Tried to shortcut the process. Lost big. That pain taught me everything. In my 20s, I realized: Only scalable systems win. So I pivoted to ecom — the most efficient business model for a first wave of entrepreneurship. With the right skills, it’s just you vs you. Now I live in my dream city, travel the world, and build freely on my own terms. Bet on yourself. Learn fast. Move smarter. Stick around enough time. And enjoy life with your loved ones… 🙏 #ecom

Personal brands are just expensive therapy for insecure founders. I've watched entrepreneurs destroy their businesses chasing follower counts. • $500K business = $200/hour value of your time • One video that takes 5 hours = $1000 of opportunity cost • First 10 videos = 1,000 or so views max • $10K burned before any traction While you're filming, competitors are optimising ads that actually convert. I didn't start social until $300M+ in sales for a reason. Stop playing influencer. Build your business. Your ego wants followers. Your bank account wants profit. Choose wisely.

The hardest voices to ignore are the ones telling you to stop BECAUSE they love you. Your parents don’t see what you see. If they did, there’d be no generational curse to break. To make them proud, you must first disappoint them.

Hey @Wise you have randomly shut accounts with millions of dollars in them. How can you freeze that money from a business that has been banking with you for five years? Please RT for visibility
URGENT Wise just shut all our business accounts for no reason across all corps with quite a bit of mullah in there. Anyone have an idea of what we can do here?

You can’t wish for both growth and comfort. The price of the first is the second.
