A carrier disputed the order.
Manual process: 30–60 days.
@temtrace_ai pulled the original contract fingerprint in seconds.
The record already existed. Nobody had to reconstruct it after the fight started. That’s the whole product.
Proof that shows up before the argument does.
A carrier disputed an order, claiming the service had been installed a month earlier and at a different rate than the original contract reflected. Under a traditional manual dispute process, validating the original order, contract terms, installation history, and supporting documentation could have taken 30–60 days.
TEMTrace resolved the proof question in seconds.
Using the order’s blockchain fingerprint, TEMTrace produced immutable, timestamped evidence of the original transaction and contract record, establishing exactly what had been agreed to and when.
The carrier accepted the supporting evidence and the resulting credits were posted within two weeks.
30–60 days of manual investigation reduced to seconds of verification.
Estimated soft-cost savings: $1,200–$2,500 per dispute, based on avoided analyst, finance, management, carrier follow-up, documentation, and reconciliation time.
