The thing I’m interested in is how did Kellen Moore convince the Saints to hire him when he clearly had severe personality limitations AND apparently also X/O limitations as well. At least with DA, whether we agreed with the hire or not the rational was clear He’s an elite DC, his failure as head coach the Saints believed was the Raiders organization failure and not on him. He’s been here a long time. Saints knew him, the building liked him. Clearly wrong but a rational understandable decision. With Kellen how did he ace those interviews with zero charisma and apparently limited scheme and game planning knowledge?
