Hi @PODS, I am using you for my move, but when I booked, I was told misleading info (ie. I could call when the pod was ready for pickup). Now I am being told this is not correct. I need street permits for my city & this has become a last minute logistical nightmare. Pls help me

I am still not getting responses from you. I was sent a tracking number for a check that never arrived. I asked them to send a replacement and never got a response.

@PODS Having a huge problem with getting my pod. Scheduled since June. Now cancelled 'cause now I'm outside the service area. I wasn't even notified. I need the pod by 10/4. Please help.

It took me seven phone calls to finally get someone who hopefully is getting it back to queens. Now I am being told they can’t schedule my move because there is a forklift outage. @PODS is unreliable.

Do not rely on @PODS. I put my apartment in storage for the summer and was told my belongings would be kept in queens. They moved it to another part of NY without telling me.

@BankofAmerica is it even legal to put an 11 day hold on my daughters payroll check written on a local bank and when my daughter calls customer service, the response is I don’t know, sorry for you luck #bankofamerica

I’ve been a Bank of America customer since 2013. Had some fraud on my account and had to open a new one. Now I can’t cash a check because my account has only been open since July. WTAF!! Customer service was no help. #bankofamerica
