Uber app support refusing to refund because I’ve complained in the past which is wild when you can see the receipt and what food is there in the image clearly isn’t steak

@ubereats_uk same auto reply repeated over and over. Wrong food item sent (£15 DOUBLE steak item when a £10 salt and pepper chicken one was sent out to me) Restaurant not getting back to me. Uber eats showing once again it has the WORST customer service going.

@Uber_Support any idea why my issue isn’t being dealt with and I’m just getting the same auto reply over and over. It’s beyond the £18 meal I threw away now this is just terrible customer service.
