Brother, this isn’t y’all’s country! If you’re here, it’s as a guest. Please leave.
Hundreds of Thousands of Indians have served in the USA using H1B for decades now. If this is the kind of respect Indians receive in USA, then it is probably time to come back and Build in India !!! #FI

This is fantastic news. Great 1st step.
.@Sonderling47: "I am hereby suspending from the Permanent Labor Certification Program some of the largest IT outsourcing firms in the world — Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini — and also, due to multiple active federal investigations, @USDOL is suspending Microsoft and Adobe from the program."

She was amazing in Deadwood
Remember when Cousin Geri would show up on The Facts of Life and rattle off about three cerebral palsy jokes in a row while everyone sat there like deer in the headlights wondering if they’d go to hell if they laughed?

Yes. They gotta go..and if “luck be a lady”they ain’t coming back!
So people who are on legal visas have to leave their jobs, where they are valued enough for the employers to have bothered with a Visa in the first place, and then apply for a green card which will get processed one unknown day? What a smart government...

I’m glad you’re scared. You should be. You’re going back to your 3rd world hell hole. Deal with that.
“They’re only coming for illegal immigrants” they said…

That’s the beauty of this. Can’t you see? They’ll get fired and won’t come back.
Can someone explain to me how an H1B visa holder can leave their job to go back the their country of origin to apply for permanent residency and somehow keep the job that qualified them for the H1B? I’m so confused

If you’re upset, I’m happy.
Excited to see that we are getting the stapled Green Cards for all legal immigrants with high paying jobs and graduate degrees like we were promised. Thank you @chamath @DavidSacks & friends for your leadership on this.

Well…looks like America is doing that now. Sucks for you, Hadji.
کجای دنیا وقتی بخوای اقامت دائم اون کشور رو بگیری باید ازش خارج شی؟!

This is a fantastic policy. A first step of many to ban 3rd world charlatans from gaming immigration and stealing our American birthright.
An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

There is no American future in 3rd world halfwits posing as smart tech bros taking jobs Americans can do. Fuck you
Because they’re racist! Liberals use racist to refer to people who say true things. They’ve destroyed the power of the world. But people who would destroy the future of the country because they don’t like other races around qualify. This is what you should use the term for.

Ah yes! Give us more Indians gaming and taking malicious advantage American laws and systems. That’ll endear them to the heritage citizens of the USA!!

We want you to wait abroad because we don’t like you. This is a polite way for us to say Fuck off.
That’s not a loophole, that’s just self-destruction. I switched from an O1 visa to green card myself. What’s the purpose of waiting abroad other than to demotivate the brightest immigrants?

Fuck the tech sector. And screw your cheap labor source. Time to hire Americans at a real American wage.
This would be a huge blow to America's tech sector. This country has always benefited from attracting the world's best and brightest. We should be making that easier, not harder.

It might be a great idea. Tell you what. Let’s give it 10 years then we can assess if it worked or not. Deal?
Terrible idea. Not thought through at all. Who even comes up with these terrible ideas?

Fred’s death in Angel rocked me.
Which fictional character's death have you not gotten over?

“The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.” In other words the cause - whether inner city blacks or women is never the real cause, but only an occasion to advance the real cause which is the accumulation of power to make the revolution.
