This will be our final post... as DankLinux.
DMS 2.0 "Heisenberg" is officially here.
Dank Linux is evolving into Dux Labs, and DankMaterialShell is now Dux Shell. The entire suite is uniting under one banner: Dux Greeter, Dux Search, Dux GOP, Dux Calendar, and the newest addition, Dux Files.
Same team, same mission, just a massive step forward for our ecosystem.
What's new in DMS 2.0:
- Full Material 3 Expressive redesign
- Overhauled, pluggable Dashboard & flexible Control Center
- Syllable-synced lyrics powered by the Dux Lyrical Engine
- Dux Dot: a free-floating bar companion / replacement
- Fully customizable lock screen & greeter with desktop widget support
Thank you all for the incredible support over the past year while we built toward this milestone!
We'll see you on the other side as we raise the bar with our take on Linux. ~ The Dux Desktop Suite.
Read the full breakdown & view screenshots on the Dux Labs Blog.

Are there extension options in @orca_build for syntax highlighting? This is one thing I've not yet found. Also the @ filename appears to be inactive by default.
This team is bringing the awesome to Linux!

How does T3 @t3dotcodes compared to Orca ADE @orca_build for everyone?
Both are exciting, Orca has so many options and T3 is fast with a nice UI. T3 mobile apps make chats feel like a native chat on your device is super nice. Both teams are giving back to FOSS, so thanks too!
DMS @DankLinux paired with @niri is one of the best Linux Desktop experiences I've ever had. DankIsland looks sick and I'm using the new DankCalendar flatpak too.
Introducing, Dank Island!
A new dynamic persistent pill that morphs into launcher, dashboard & more! It brings tune-able physical springs with a lot of configuration options. It's fast, fluid and fun!
DMS v1.6 beta shows major performance improvements too!

Worst @Google event I've ever seen. What an absolute horrible way to unveil last years hardware. This is not what your customers are asking for. Samsung Wins. 10yrs in and I'm tired of saying maybe next year... @madebygoogle
Bring back actual hype events & hardware.

Am I the only one not sold on the point of an Hermes or OpenClaw agents? When I want to do computer things I can't see telling an agent do adjust my settings, I'd rather do it myself. I'd rather reply to my own emails vs hope it didn't say the wrong things.
What am I missing?
I started to utilize the service around GPT 4.0 & have done a ton of work since. It really started to step up in its coding efforts in 5.3. 5.4 was leveling up, & 5.5 blew me away. That was until GPT 5.6 Sol was announced, peak! Using to build & maintain a 7k stars FOSS project!
Or… what if we gave you $100 in Codex credits if you tell us what you love about GPT-5.6 Sol or why you switched?
Tweet it, claim your gift, enjoy more usage. First 10k get the free tokens!

How cool is this, first time seeing it! @grok Grok 4.5 orchestrating its sub-agents to use @cursor_ai Cursor composer 2.5 for better cost efficiency!
I am super impressed thus far with the speed and accuracy of this new model. Great work everyone!

Today I'm releasing "masir", a focus follows mouse daemon for Windows, written in Rust 🦀
github.com/LGUG2Z/masir
This is a standalone daemon which works with or without a tiling wm! 🚀
Like komorebi, masir is released under an anti-genocide, anti-exploitation license 🤝

@endermanch Shooting my shot - any interest in making a video about your experience using the komorebi tiling window manager for Windows 11? 🙏
