Good description. That darkness is able to persist longer and deeper today than in any other time period because now it’s so easy to hide from reality safely.

Yes - leftism is Cainism.
It's just resentment, greed, and envy. It's wholly based upon the individual's perception, not reality.

Candace offers another masterclass in manipulation.
First, she asks me to give her permission to violate the confidentiality provisions of her separation agreement with Daily Wire, which, of course, I cannot do, since I am no longer with Daily Wire and thus have no authority over how they enforce their sundry agreements with her.
Note, too, that she wants my permission to drop only “the document where you listed the reasons for my termination.”
Candace, as Candace, has access to all of the agreements she has signed.
I, as the former CEO of DW, have access to none of them.
So even if I could give such permission — I can't — Candace would be free to selectively release only what suits her and serves her narrative.
This is selective disclosure dressed up as a demand for transparency.
It's heads I win, tails you lose, as it always is with her manipulations.
In the end, I suspect she rather enjoys having an NDA with Daily Wire because it allows her to present herself as being muzzled when, in reality, she violates the terms of every contract she ever signs anyway, but only as far as it benefits her. She disparages Daily Wire and Co. all the time, has openly stated that she is not bound by contracts with people she dislikes, and has openly boasted of providing copies of confidential documents to reporters.
Again, it's all just one big manipulation. If it were in Candace's interest to “drop the document,” she would. What stops her? Decency? Fear of lawsuits? Egyptian planes?
Certainly nothing in those documents materially changes what is already in the public record. I have not been shy about the reasons I fired Candace. The video of my speech to the DW staff that day leaked long ago. I am not ashamed of having fired her. I'm proud of it. She has spent every day since proving me right.
She has devoted herself to slander and lies for fame and money. She relishes trying to ruin the lives of others. She is one of the worst actors in public life, and one of the worst people I have ever known. She is not only a liar, but a serial liar. The mistress of lies.
I don't defend myself against most of her lies because to repeat them, even for the purpose of correcting them, only gives them greater reach and credibility with her audience.
But back to her tactics in this particular message, which are important to understand.
“I grow tired of your psychotic fixation with my life” is hilarious, but effective.
Hilarious because, of course, Candace is currently making millions of dollars a month off her psychotic fixation with Erika Kirk, TPUSA, and The Jews™. I know I grow tired of that. I guess we'll both just have to resign ourselves to our disappointment.
It's effective, though, because it poisons the well. By characterizing my attention to her statements as a “psychotic fixation,” she establishes a frame through which her audience will interpret anything I say in response. My attempts to defend myself become further evidence of my supposed obsession.
She is very good at what she does, and what she does is leading so many people down the road to hell…
“I have nothing to hide. Do you?”
A great closing couplet because it uses a big lie — Candace certainly has plenty to hide — to give power to a tacit accusation.
DO YOU?
It's a textbook loaded question, but also something of a Kafka trap: the failure to comply with her demand becomes evidence of the very guilt she is insinuating.
Obviously if I don’t do the thing she demanded, which she doesn’t even want and which she knows I have no legal authority to do, that means YES!
Truly, she's an artist.
This is why I say she is better at lying than most people are at discerning truth.
Hey Jeremy, since you are now accusing me of lying and/or having brainwashed my audience regarding the reasons I was fired from the Daily Wire— why don’t you simply grant me permission, publicly, to drop the document where you listed the reasons for my termination.
It’s been 3 years. I grow tired of your psychotic fixation with my life. Let’s simply drop the document and let the public see for themselves? I have nothing to hide. Do you?
If Michiganders vote for this enemy of the United States then they will deserve all that befalls them and their descendants. Trust those who escaped Islam and are accordingly warning you. Do not let your progressive suicidal empathy dictate your vote.
I thought of a good way to explain what being a leftist is like. This post reminded me of it for reasons I'll touch on at the end.
It's hating reality so much that the suffering you experience in relation to it unconsciously labels it as perhaps the most unjust phenomenon of all time, and by contrast (NOT by conscious decision, this is important) makes you the most just being in existence; something that is above reality itself by critiquing it.
Once you're that, all of your ideas become the product of hyper-moral, hyer-compelling insight because a program has been installed in you that ALL dissent itself is sourced from something evil.
This is why it becomes self-worship and God-hating, because fundamentally the existence of reality is Truth (religiously, God).
When you hate reality, you deny it - and to deny it is to shroud your ability to see it intentionally like an addiction, because each denial gives you a hit of omnipotent interpretation.
In other words, you bathe in total darkness (negative theology, critical theory, w/e) so that your mind is the only thing generating input ("light"); guessing, anticipating, assuming, theorizing, visualizing. Because there is no ooutside input, you constantly get proven correct because you are the only signal in the darkness you saturate in, you simulate being your own creator by forcing yourself into continual refusal of reality.
It's a religion of misery that demands everyone cease understanding reality as it is so they can experience the all-seeing mind that you have in your self-designed prison of darkness. But it doesn't "feel" like misery because you interpret it as salvific enlightenment free of constraints (gnosis, w/e).
Because the dark is infinite (hell being a bottomless pit), you have infinite source material to think you are God so long as you stay there. Leaving requires the sacrifice of every vision you have built in your subjective world and trusting the force that made you want to leave reality in the first place; Truth (God). This is why it's basically impossible to reason with people who are far gone. It's like a mind that made its own identity trauma, and the trauma is the only stable sense of reality that makes them a good (or worthy) person.
The sub-variants of being above oppressive constructs are all the variants of woke you've seen over the past decade, but fundamentally (distilled), it is hatred of anything that constrains absolute freedom (so reality; life).
I talk a lot about the terrible mind-heckery that is the trans cult because it is perhaps the closest in proximity to acting out the distilled reality of this mindset.
In this case, the response to Prisha is simply the return to an argument about what a woman is, but without any positive (concrete) terms that make it interpretable by anyone but the person trying to "return to the darkness where your mind is the only thing generating truth." The point is to always, always stay in the dark realm - to continue with sophisticated or emotional questioning and pontification to slowly (maybe dialectically) pull you into a place where hiding from reality makes your own preferred creative subjective interpretations hyper-valid so you get a hit of the dopamine that is an epiphany with no possibility for dissent; a mystical experience of "seeing the code."
This is the kind of stuff that Marxism does - see darkness everywhere, but with yourself as the one who will bring the light of your own mind to fill the entire world.

When I was at church this morning, I was thinking, wow, if this is true, God literally brought himself to Earth as a man to get involved, and yet statistically speaking Christians can't bother to get involved a lot of the time because they think it's too worldly or something.

Leftism, since the beginning, has been a rebellion against reality.
Framing it, at all, from a Tennis Court, is adopting the rebellion against Reality.
Those who disregard, or Rebel against, reality are definitely suffering Psyche illness.
Bingo. If this pig @IlhanMN is not denaturalized and deported then the concept of legal immigration means nothing.
The judge who signed the warrant to raid Rep. Ilhan Omar's DC home is a Hillary Clinton donor who clerked for an Obama appointee. That fact alone demolishes the left's claim that this is some Trump-orchestrated political hit job.
Mike Davis argues the opposite is true: the evidence against Omar must be so overwhelming that even a judge with deep leftist ties couldn't refuse to sign off. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause of at least one federal crime inside that home, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh — appointed by a bench dominated by Obama and Biden picks — found it was there.
Omar's allies in Congress, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamie Raskin, and Rashida Tlaib, cried political revenge. But Davis says the simplest explanation is the most damning one for Democrats: a federal indictment may be coming before Christmas, and the evidence trail appears to reach well beyond Omar alone.

Positionality to critique does not make someone an expert, but it can certainly make them look like one - particularly if the critique is sophisticated enough to look legitimate, or require the ability to decipher arbitrary complexity and avoid moral traps for onlookers.
The thing that makes me the angriest about all of this, the ideology, the activism, the mind-virus, is that it twists and weaponizes people's desire to do good for evil.

To be demoralized is to have your sense of reality so inverted that you fail to recognize you are in a state of war, mistake those attacking you for victims, and willingly assist them in undermining your own society while believing you are doing something good.
