hahahahah every card game really is the same. "What deck to queue first" discourse is happening in FFTCG. I'm dying Ty @Drisoth for the "just flip a coin, it don't matter" math

Returning to this, I'd rather cards I liked get a real conclusion and get to retire gracefully than be treated like nami. The situation in LoR generally complicates stuff, but I'm outright happy burble got rotated. Watching something fester and rot is much less pleasant.

I dunno why deck difficulty is such a heated debate, its very simple: My decks are hard, yours are easy and ones that beat me are braindead.

LoR has been a incredible game, and the quote of: "The truth is that despite LoR being an incredible game developed in tandem with the community, LoR has struggled over the years to find its footing as a business." Sounds about right.

I've had a desire to use a break in LoR to seriously try some other CCG (or CCG adjacent) comp game. Settled on pokemon (VGC). If you have any ability or desire to help me navigate this, lemme know.

If Riot stuck with the original plan of 18 global point leaders not tied to any specific shard going to Worlds, only 2 AM players would have made it.
