1/ I’m starting up again. All in.
I am a co-founder of @GnomicaBio.
We will develop novel drugs for treating cancer by targeting bacterial functions in our body.
We believe we’re going to change the world.
My co-founders are Prof. Ravid Straussman from the Weizmann Institute (@WeizmannScience) and Dr. Yuval Raviv.
We will commercialize world-class research from Ravid’s lab (@StraussmanR), which has been at the vanguard of tumor microbiome research.

The ad was bad, and it’s still gnawing at my soul. I am ashamed I downplayed it instead of just calling it what it is - mean and punching down on a marginalized group. I am grateful for the ecosystem devs and artists that immediately called it what it is both publicly and privately. You are the only silver lining to this whole mess.
I’ll do whatever I can to make sure solana foundation stays focused on its mission of decentralization and open source software development and out of culture wars.

Here were the pillars I wanted to establish when I presented the idea of the Exploration Team to @ukolodny and @avihu28 2 years ago:
- Eating our own dog food
- Increase the level of quality of the ecosystem
- Encourage and stimulate community driven efforts
Thank you both for your trust at this time, it was a bet, a risky bet. I am honoured that you let me the opportunity to try it.
Many great things emerged from the exploration projects. @KakarotZkEvm alone is a fantastic outcome for the whole Starknet ecosystem and even beyond.
It was the pilot for this bet that is the exploration team, so unique. Since we did it and showed that it works, many teams adopted the same concept and I am glad to see it.
So many new devs onboarded to Starknet through exploration projects (more than 300 in a year!).
Many Developer Partnerships with the Starknet Foundation emerged from the exploration projects. @MadaraStarknet alone lead to 5 developer partnerships with serious teams like @PragmaOracle @karnotxyz @moonsonglabs_ @kasarLabs @MassaLabs.
We contributed to multiple public pieces of Starknet infra (community libraries, light clients, etc).
We explored so many cool tech: Nostr, Zig, Bitcoin Script, Substrate, Rust, Cairo.
We did infrastructure projects, tooling, libraries, frontend, mobile applications.

We are lucky to have the chance to work with such an incredible ecosystem that is Starknet.
I met so many passionate people, devs, builders, content creators, but above all: fantastic human beings!
I can tell you that the social layer of Starknet is beautiful, and I extremely proud of it. It's only the beginning and we have a lot of challenges to overcome still. The tech is here, the team is strong, the ecosystem is rock solid, Starknet is designed from First Principles.
We will do it.

So much to be proud of:
* Bolt puts @Starknet as most performant L2, especially if you require true L1 security (y'know - whatever proof you go with, have it *actually work as intended*).
* Most redundant stack with multiple implementations for core components
* Most innovative dapps - paymaster (@avnu_fi ), TWAMM (@EkuboProtocol ), onchain gaming (@influenceth , @LootRealms , @cartridge_gg ...), best UX wallets (@argentHQ , @myBraavos ).

Building a Bitcoin Script VM is cool but have you tried building one that brings you computational integrity ?
Announcing the start of Shinigami: Bitcoin Script VM in Cairo.
It's a library enabling Bitcoin Script VM execution in Cairo, thus allowing the generation of STARK proofs of generic Bitcoin Script computation.
What we can do once we have it ready ? Well, you can prove and verify the execution of any Bitcoin script program. This can unleash interesting use cases.
Imagine combining @ZeroSync_ and Shinigami, and then suddenly you can prove and verify Bitcoin block headers consensus rules + execution of Bitcoin scripts.
Can be useful to improve IBD process, reduce trust assumptions of bridges, atomic swaps, etc.
And the coolest thing: It DOES NOT require any soft fork. ZK is super powerful to be able to prove things and use them outside of an onchain context.
Shinigami is a FOSS project, we welcome contributions.
