Yes. Cornell is punishing the wrong people. Instead of punishing fraternities, they should be firing all the 'college life' bureaucrats who encourage students to indulge in sexual promiscuity and 'experimentation'. i.e. perversion. Cornell like other Ivies has held 'sex week' events for years, with 'courses' like 'Sex Toys 101'. Reported on this brave video. youtube.com/watch?v=hUvOMJH3…
If universities cared about the well-being of their students--young women and men alike--they would cut it out with the the freshman orientation and "sexual health" programs that are nothing but propaganda for sexual liberationist ("sex-positivity") ideology and libertinism.

This is the end result of far left ideology. Always has been. Always will be. You can set your atomic clock to it.

"Conservatism starts from a sentiment that all mature people can readily share: the sentiment that good things are easily destroyed, but not easily created. This is especially true of the good things that come to us as collective assets: peace, freedom, law, civility, public spirit, the security of property, and family life, in all of which we depend on the cooperation of others while having no means singlehandedly to obtain it. In respect of such things, the work of destruction is quick, easy, and exhilarating; the work of creation slow, laborious, and dull." How to Be a Conservative
🚨BREAKING: The historic Limoges town hall has just completely collapsed after far-left rioters set it on fire It was built in 1876. It survived World Wars. It did not survive modern France.

"Peter's sin reveals how it is possible in the same person to have infallibility and to be without impeccability. Peter was told he would be without error if he would use his power of the keys, but the Lord gave him no assurance that he would be without sin. That goes for every priest in the world. It is one thing to say the Creed; it is quite another to obey the commandments. It is easy to proclaim the Divinity of Christ from a pulpit, but hard to see the same Christ when He sends a cross. It is so facile to mount a professor's platform, but so difficult to descend to the rubbish heap of Golgotha. To make Christ out to be a moral teacher, a social activist, a defender of the poor is so satisfying to social instincts; but to see in Him a Savior Who takes on the burden of the world's guilt and Who says "Take up your cross" is a frightening specter. I was a priest without being a victim." -Bl. Fulton Sheen

Dear @BernieSanders, you missed one. OpenAI, Anthropic, MidJourney, Stability, Suno — all of them — are built on the mass theft of our creative labour. Our art, writing, photography, film, music, all of it taken without consent or compensation. Fight for the arts & humanities!

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

NAOMI KLIEIN to SAM ALTMAN: "...you ingested the entire written output of human civilization without consent, without compensation and without credit to build a system whose primary commercial application is eliminating the jobs of the people whose work you consumed. You are not 'liberating human creativity' -- you are strip-mining it and selling it back at a markup while calling the theft 'training data'."

Pope Leo XIV on AI: “We must avoid the misconception of equating this type of ‘intelligence’ with that of human beings. These systems merely imitate certain functions of human intelligence…They may imitate language, behavior and analytical skills, or even simulate empathy and understanding, but they do not understand what they produce” (Magnifica Humanitas 99)

The higher education landscape is increasingly being divided between people who think education is a good in itself and people who think it's about somebody else's good. This is not a partisan political divide; it is about whether you believe in human freedom or not.
Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/NmmAzhf

This is just incredible. The Pope is absolutely loving this. At the Prayer Vigil with the young people of France, they reenact the incredible history of the Church of France, from the arrival of Lazarus and his sister Mary Magdalene, the martyrdom of St. Denis, the baptism of Clovis, the purchase of the Crown of Thorns of Our Lord by St. Louis IX, St. Joan of Arc, the countless Saints of the eldest daughter of the Church, the martyrs of the French Revolution, all the way to the great St. Thérèse of Lisieux.

In 1799, Pius VI died as a prisoner of the French Revolution in Valence. The official register cynically noted: "Citizen Angelo Braschi passed away. He had exercised the profession of a Supreme Pontiff." They thought he'd be "the last pope". Today in Paris, see below.
Incredible scenes, as millions of people line the Champs-Élysées to catch a glimpse of the universally loved Pope Leo XIV in Paris.

If we are to avoid losing our humanity amid a “paradise of machines” invading and conditioning our daily lives, there is an urgent need for education in ethical discernment and the capacity to acknowledge the moral good. This is indispensable if we are to recognize the genuine good that enables human beings to flourish in accordance with their primordial vocation, with unconditional respect for their interior freedom and their sacred dignity. #ApostolicJourney #France vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…
